Dave is a seasoned physicist and technologist with over 20 years of experience developing sensor technologies across a wide range of applications and industries. He has successfully led the development and integration of several inductive and electromagnetic sensing solutions, with over 200 million sensors deployed in safety-critical environments.

His core focus is on transitioning technologies from concept to production, ensuring they meet stringent customer requirements for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

In addition to his deep technical expertise in various sensor types, Dave brings a broad skill set in project and team leadership, technology development, new product introduction, and intellectual property strategy—including generation, evaluation, and management.

Paul is a highly experienced sensor technologist with over a decade of expertise in developing sensors. A specialist in inductive sensing, his designs are embedded in millions of automotive components, delivering robust and reliable measurements in demanding environments.

 

Paul brings a broad and versatile knowledge base, having worked across magnetic, optical, and magneto-inductive technologies to address new sensing applications. Working from technology selection through to full-scale production, collaborating within multidisciplinary, international teams.

 

With an analytical mindset, Paul excels at identifying critical design choices early in the development process, creating solid foundations for high-performance, market-leading products.

 

He holds a first-class degree in Electronic Engineering and a PhD from the University of Surrey.
